We will gladly accept exchanges for products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Our warranty is meant to address manufacturer's defects, but does not extend to misuse or mistreatment of the product. If there are obvious signs of mistreatment or misuse, the warranty will be void. There are no warranties on Atomizers, Cartomizers, Clearomizers, Tanks, E-Liquid, Coil Heads, Silica Wick, Kanthal or Drip Tips, however, we will gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of shipment on all hardware that are "dead on arrival" (DOA). All exchange requests must be submitted using the RMA feature. To initiate a RMA, please sign into your account and follow the instructions below. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances. We will only honor exchanges within the time frames specified above.
Customer is responsible for charges
relating to shipping product back to FreE-Cigs.com for evaluation of any and
all warranty claims. If product is found to have a warrantable defect,
replacement product will be shipped to the customer's original order address at no charge. If product
is deemed not to have a warrantable defect product can be shipped back
to customer upon request at customer's expense. Otherwise, all exchange related product will be disposed of within 7 days of arrival at FreE-Cig's premises. Store credit will be applied for any approved exchanges on items that are out of stock. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange 14 days from the date of purchase.
How to Initiate a RMA
1. Login to your account in the "My Account" section.
2. In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
3. Once in the order, click on the "Add New RMA" button.
4. Choose the number of items you want to exchange in the "Order Items" section.
5. In the "Order Return Options" section, choose the Reason and Method for your exchange.
6. Finally, add comments in the "Comments" section. Please explain the specific reason for your RMA request. Once done, click "Save RMA" and en email will be sent to both you and FreE-Cigs.com.
